Speakers Preview Desk
Pre-view desk for presentations will be provided during the following hours;
October 21 (Sat) 9:30 - 16:00
October 22 (Sun) 9:30 - 16:00
Presenters are requested to preview their materials at the speaker's ready room at least 30 minutes prior to sessions.
1) Time
«Keynote Speech»The allocated time for each speaker is 1 hour including discussion.
«Symposium»The allocated time for each speaker is 30 minutes.
«Sub sessions»The allocated time for each speaker is 30 minutes including discussion.
2) Materials
Only Windows PCs are available for presentations. Please note that slides and Macintoshes can not be used. Please bring your presentation data either in USB storage or in CD-R prepared by Power Point (2000 or greater) for Windows.


Please be sure to follow the PC Presentation Procedures described as follows
* Please note that the PCs at the operation desk support only:
Windows XP and Power Point 2000 or greater.


* Macintosh users must convert the data to window's format.


* Photocopy machines are not available. If you use handouts, please prepare them by yourselves.


* The presentation PC supports the following fonts:
Times New Roman, Arial, Arial Black, Arial Narrow, Century, Century Gothic, Courier New, Georgia. And the material must be written in English.


* If you plan to use animation or movie files, please provide your own PC. Please note that any animation or movie file should be run by Windows Media Player.


* In order to support speakers, the PC technical staff will assist you at the PC registration desk and PC operation desk in the conference room.


* Your data will be deleted after the session.

Notice
If you bring your own notebook computer equipped with a normal VGA connector ("D-Sub" 15-pin type). You can test the compatibility of your computer and our projector at the PC Registration. You should have your presentation data (Power Point) on a CD-R disk, just in case your computer is not compatible with our projection system.
